Creative Meta Ads: financial benefit of solar energy
I was asked to create an advertising creative for a company that specializes in turnkey solar power plant installations. The task is to convey to potential clients the main benefit: investing in solar energy allows for daily savings, and part of the costs are covered by the government.
What I did:
1. I based the creative on a powerful slogan: “The Sun pays for your electricity,” which immediately emphasizes the financial benefit.
2. I added a symbolic visual: a house with panels + money with a sprout, highlighting the idea of green investments, sustainable development, and passive income.
3. I used a restrained but rich color palette (blue, green, white), associated with reliability, nature, and energy efficiency.
4. I included trust markers: a government loan program, turnkey installation — as confidence boosters in the choice.
5. I avoided overwhelming text — all accents are placed so that users can instantly read the main message even when scrolling quickly.
Result:
The creative effectively worked in an advertising campaign targeting a “warm” audience. Its message generated interest among private homeowners considering alternative energy sources. The combination of visual imagery with a financial metaphor (dollars + plant) significantly improved engagement with the ad.
