How I prepared the #launch of a line of dietary supplements and created content that builds trust and leads to purchase

Situation BEFORE:
- the product is new, there is no trust
- there is no packaging and clear positioning
- there is no content that explains the value
- the audience does not understand why to buy

What I did:
- developed a visual concept for "trust + expertise"
- defined the meanings for each product (not just the composition, but "why do I need this")
- created content for warming up (through pain points and behavior scenarios)
- designed the account for the perception of "a brand, not just a product"

Result:
