Before launching the business, it was decided to implement a CRM system to properly collect and manage the customer database from the very beginning.

1. Set up separate sales and rental pipelines.
2. Integrate Wazzup.
3. Connect IP telephony.
4. Enable automatic lead transfer from the website to Kommo CRM.
5. Integrate the YourGood widget with the website.
6. Configure lead export to Google Sheets.

Solution
1. Created and configured separate pipelines for property sales and rentals.
2. Connected and configured the Wazzup integration.
3. Connected and configured the YourGood widget for UTM tracking.
4. Implemented lead export from both pipelines to Google Sheets via an API connector and configured automatic lead transfer from the website to Kommo CRM.
5. Connected and configured Zadarma IP telephony.

Results
1. The entire customer database is centralized in one place, simplifying customer communication.
2. Sales conversion can now be tracked through analytics based on exported lead data.
