Client Management & CRM
Job 5 of 47
Worldwide charter yacht rental

Problems
1. Data in the CRM needed normalization: in deals and contacts.
2. The operation of the auto-funnel needed to be optimized.
3. There was a need to conduct an audit of integrations and create documentation.
4. The current telephony was unsatisfactory due to constant failures.

Tasks
1. Normalize duplicate/inconsistent data in amoCRM fields.
2. Set up triggers in the sales pipelines.
3. Compile a list of integrations and write technical specifications for their operation.
4. Migrate from Mango Office IP telephony to Zadarma.

Solution
1. A list of fields was compiled with all their values and a description of what each field is responsible for; after agreement, fields and their values were consolidated.
2. A list of current triggers was compiled, and technical specifications for their operation were written. Outdated triggers were removed, and new ones were added as required.
3. All integrations were reviewed and agreed upon; outdated ones were disabled, and some were replaced.
4. The performance of Mango Office telephony was analyzed. A decision was made to switch to Zadarma telephony. In the new telephony system, numbers were connected and configured, as well as all technical numbers for managers. Technical specifications were also prepared for managers to connect the telephony on their end.

Results
1. Deal cards are now filled out correctly and contain the full set of required data, which simplified working with the pipelines.
2. The operation of automations has become structured, transparent, and aligned with current business processes.
3. CRM integrations were optimized, making the system more stable and easier to maintain and use.
4. The quality of client communication improved thanks to reliable IP telephony.
