Successfully implemented the comprehensive implementation of the CRM system for a company with 10 employees.Within this project I performed the settings of the sales process, the automatic actions in the system to remove routine, as well as the settings of the automatic contractual generation.In addition, I have developed and integrated a chat job that allows customers to receive the necessary information and make a service choice in a convenient way.During my work, I was also responsible for setting ads in Google Ads and email marketing in SendPulse.This included the setting of advertising campaigns, the optimization of the advertising budget, the creation of effective electronic displays and the analysis of their results.In addition, I gave advice on targeting advertising and SEO that companies increase their visibility in search engines and attract targeted audience.In this project, I have successfully combined all these aspects, creating a comprehensive approach to sales management, marketing and advertising.The result was increased productivity of the company, process automation and increased customer satisfaction.
