It specializes in supplying high-quality components for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and biotechnology industries and has the appropriate license for trading active pharmaceutical ingredients. The company serves over 500 clients annually, has its own logistics, an efficient team, and an extensive partner network across the country.
Goals the client wanted to achieve
The main goal is to select and implement a CRM system that will allow automating B2B sales, centralizing the customer database, improving the control of managers' work, and providing the manager with access to dynamic analytics for daily management decisions.
What difficulties did the client face without CRM?
- Difficulty in controlling key KPIs: number of calls, meetings, sent commercial proposals.
- Lack of structure in working with regular clients — funnels were informal.
- Forgotten calls or overdue tasks regarding clients.
- Lack of SKU analytics necessary for managing inventory.
- All communication history with clients was stored only in the managers' heads.
- Inability to assess the effectiveness of marketing expenses — leads were not registered.
