This system offers managers a unique opportunity to communicate directly with clients through a web version connected to the Telegram bot. Managers have separate accounts for communicating with different clients, and the system administrator has access to all chats, ensuring efficient management and control. In addition, our bot can be added to Telegram groups, allowing for direct administration through the CRM platform.
