Design and layout of the mobile fitness app "ActiveFlow"
A full cycle of interface development (UI/UX Design + Front-End layout) for "ActiveFlow" has been completed — a mobile app for planning, tracking, and analyzing workouts.
Main goal: To create a convenient, intuitive, and motivating tool that helps users organize their workouts and achieve fitness goals.
Stage 1: Design (UI/UX)
Style and atmosphere: A modern "Dark Mode" style has been chosen. The dark background creates a focused atmosphere and is comfortable for the eyes at any time of day. Bright blue is used as the main accent for buttons and interactive elements, and orange — to highlight the active navigation item.
User experience (UX): The logic of key scenarios has been carefully thought out:
Onboarding: Quick introduction to the user and defining their main goal.
Planning: A convenient calendar for visualizing workout schedules.
Tracking: An intuitive form for adding exercises, sets, and weights.
Motivation: An integrated "Streak" gamification element to encourage regularity.
Interface (UI): A cohesive design system has been developed, including a set of custom icons, buttons, input fields, calendar, and analytics charts.
Stage 2: Layout (Front-End Development)
Technologies: The designed layout has been accurately implemented using modern web technologies — HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, enabling the creation of a fast and cross-platform web app (PWA).
Responsiveness and Components: Layout is built using a component-based approach, ensuring flexibility and ease of code maintenance. The interface is fully responsive and displays flawlessly on mobile devices of various sizes.
Interactivity: Dynamic elements are implemented with JavaScript: working with the calendar, adding/removing fields in the workout form, and building charts in the analytics section to visualize progress.

As a result, a functional and aesthetically appealing product has been created, combining thoughtful design and high-quality technical implementation. The project is fully ready for backend integration to store user data.
