Design for Obliko (CRM system, mobile application, landing page)
I developed a fully functional CRM system for managing products and business processes, designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. The system includes: product management (adding/editing descriptions, photos, specifications), inventory and stock management, supply and order module, sales accounting, transaction processing, user and role management, reporting with the ability to export to PDF, as well as modal windows for creating products and users.
In addition to the web version, I also developed:
- a mobile application — an adapted interface and clickable prototypes for working on the go;
- a landing page — a promotional page for presenting the product and attracting customers.
What I did (specifically):
- Conducted UX research: analysis of the target audience, competitors, and main user scenarios;
- created UX personas and user flows.
- Developed information architecture and a series of wireframes for key pages (Dashboard, Products, Product Details, Inventory, Suppliers, Sales, Reports, Settings).
- Created high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma (desktop + mobile).
- Developed a design system/component library: colors, typography, components, spacing, and element states.
- Designed all necessary pop-ups (Add/Edit Product, Add/Edit User, etc.).
- Prepared developer-ready files: export assets, component specifications, for handover to developers.
- Collaborated with developers during implementation: clarifying component behavior, responsive labels, and resolving UI/UX issues during development.
- Tested the interface: usability checks, fixing identified issues, and design iterations.
Result:
- A unified ecosystem for managing products, inventory, and sales.
- A mobile interface for quick access for managers in the field.
- A ready-to-hand over design system and complete Figma files.
- Improved UX: less manual work, faster order processing, and simpler collaboration between departments.
