Design of the mobile application AntiRumination
I developed a complete design for a mobile application for tracking emotional states and supporting mental health. The app is aimed at people who want to work with their thoughts, emotions, and habits, having simple stabilization tools at hand.
Within the project, the following was created:
Onboarding and registration (login screens, password recovery, verification, and greetings after account creation).
Check-in and Progress (daily mood and motivation check-ins, as well as statistics and analytics displaying progress).
Exercises (5 main exercises: Gratitude Journal, Alternative Scenario, Mental Audit, Free Writing, 2 Facts + 1 Action), each with detailed instructions and interactive elements.
SOS function with emergency exercises (5-4-3-2-1 Grounding, Stop Button, Thought Reframe, Body Scan), accessible from the main screen or widget.
Settings (light/dark theme, profile change, upgrade to premium, log out of account).
Paywall with two subscription plans (monthly and yearly), where the key advantage is the absence of ads to maintain maximum focus and a calm experience.
Two themes were developed — light and dark, making the use of the app comfortable at any time of day. I also prepared texts, placeholders, and interactive scenarios for deeper user engagement.
