Development of a complete set of design documentation and a three-dimensional model of an arch-type metal canopy for two cars.
What has been completed within the project:
3D modeling: An accurate three-dimensional assembly of the structure has been created, taking into account the actual dimensions and profiles of the materials.
Design solutions: For the main frame, profile pipes of 100x100x6 mm and 100x60x4 mm have been used. For the rafter system and connections — profile pipe 60x60x3 mm. Support and node elements have been designed from 8 mm thick sheet metal. The canopy covering is made of 3 mm solid polycarbonate.
Production documentation: A separate detailed drawing for the bent profile pipes of the roof has been prepared for further precise rolling in production.
Economic calculation: A complete specification of materials with exact dimensions has been compiled. A preliminary calculation of metal consumption has been performed, and the exact amount of necessary metal and polycarbonate has been determined, taking into account optimal cutting to minimize waste during procurement.
