Design project of a townhouse: from planning to 3D visualization

Developed a comprehensive townhouse project, where the main task was to create an open, bright space across several levels. The project combines modern minimalism with maximum functionality of every square meter.

What has been done in the project:

Planning solutions: detailed furniture layout plans for all floors, including the kitchen-living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

3D cross-section of the building: created a volumetric model in section to visually demonstrate the relationship between zones and the ergonomics of the stairs.

Interior visualization: detailed renders of all rooms — a combination of light walls, wood textures, and thoughtful track lighting.

Bathroom design: realistic visualization using large-format porcelain stoneware resembling marble and suspended furniture.

The project is ready for implementation by builders, as all furniture and appliances are tied to specific dimensions.
