About the project:
Assistance for students of higher education universities in the direction of "Caligraphy" and "Typography".The task:
Develop the design of the book "History of fonts" from the 1st to the 10th century.Create an unusual book by form and filling.Writings must be handwritten so that the culture of writing of ancient times can be translated as clearly as possible. The Decision:
The task is to make a specific font alphabet on each page. The drawing of the fonts passes smoothly through the historical chain, while the integrity of the composition is preserved both on a single scroll and when the book is completely drawn up.The book looks like a harmony. This approach is designed to allow the book to dissolve and analyze the history of writing for a certain period of time.On the cover there is a cut and a transparent film. The film has an inscription, thus a 3D effect is visually created. This makes the cover unique, creative and memorable for the user, especially when you take it in your hands and feel what material it is made from.
