Development and manufacturing of an organizer (pocket) for a smartphone in two

This project is an example of a successful implementation of an idea to improve the ergonomics of a car interior. A special insert-pocket was designed for the Kia Sportage 2, which fits perfectly into the door handle and serves as a convenient place to store a smartphone.
Main stages of work:
Design: Modeling the part in SolidWorks considering the geometry of the mounting place.
Manufacturing: 3D printing of the product on a Bambu Lab P1S printer.
Final finishing: To ensure comfortable use and eliminate external noise, felt and non-slip rubber elements were glued inside the pocket.
This is a custom solution developed for a specific car, demonstrating an approach to creating useful and functional parts.
