Development of sliding gates: 3D modeling, drawings, and photorealism
Comprehensive design and visualization project for sliding (retractable) gates for integration into the client's existing exterior. Completed scope of work: 3D modeling and construction: An accurate three-dimensional assembly of the gates was created, taking into account the geometry of the profile sheet, load-bearing tubes of the frame structure, technological gaps, and fittings (roller supports and catchers). Photorealistic 3D visualization (Rendering): To visually demonstrate the finished product, the integration of the three-dimensional model into a photograph of the real object (the site of further installation) was performed. Textures of materials (metal, painting, profile sheet), perspective, and natural lighting were adjusted for maximum realism. Design documentation: A complete set of working drawings was prepared, indicating dimensional and installation sizes (frame scheme 4000x2000 mm, total length with counterweight 6000 mm, anchoring of support posts), necessary for transferring the project to production and ensuring quality installation work. Software: SOLIDWORKS (CAD), SOLIDWORKS Visualize. The project demonstrates the possibility of implementing custom "turnkey" solutions — from the idea and visual agreement with the client to a ready technical solution for the production workshop.
