Industrial design of a spice set

Development of a detailed three-dimensional model and visualization of a household spice set (salt shaker and pepper shaker) with a complete breakdown of the mechanism into structural elements.

What has been accomplished within the project:

3D modeling (Product Design): A realistic assembly of the product has been created, combining different types of materials: transparent acrylic plastic (body), wood (textured base), and chrome-plated metal (adjustable elements).

Structural detailing: Reverse engineering and detailed analysis of the internal mechanism of the mill into separate components (central shaft, grinding stones, fastening elements, and springs) have been conducted.

Creation of an exploded view: A visual expanded layout of the unit has been prepared, demonstrating the assembly sequence, interaction of parts, and internal structure of the product. This layout serves as a basis for preparing assembly instructions or production documentation.

Rendering and visualization: A final high-quality visualization has been completed for product presentation to the client.
