Adaptation of the drawing and calculation of the unfolding for bending

What was done as part of the task:
Isolation and adaptation of the assembly: A separate part was extracted from the client's overall large project, which needed to be prepared as an independent unit for transfer to production.
Technological calculation of bending: Since the steel thickness is 8 mm, standard unfolding is not suitable due to significant metal deformation. Bending was taken into account. This ensures that the final dimensions of the finished angle meet the design requirements after pressing.
Preparation of the CNC file: A clean contour was created in DWG format.
