Design of stainless steel railing for stairs
Development of a design solution and three-dimensional model of protective railing for a concrete staircase and adjacent platform.
What has been completed within the project:
3D modeling based on measurements: Based on the dimensions of the steps, landings, and turning platform provided by the client, an accurate three-dimensional assembly of the structure has been constructed. The normative height of the handrail and the spacing of the support posts have been verified.
Design using standard materials: The project has been developed considering the use of standard purchased materials and ready-made stainless steel fittings (round profile pipes for posts, handrails, and beams, as well as standardized flanges, caps, and holders). This allows the client to significantly reduce production costs and simplify installation without welding (or with minimal use of it).
Design documentation: Drawings (3 main types) have been prepared with necessary references, installation dimensions, and height marks for the installation of posts.
Specification: A detailed bill of materials has been compiled, indicating the exact lengths of pipes and the number of components required for purchase.
The project is fully ready for implementation, and the documentation allows for accurate budgeting before ordering materials.
