Development of a chatbot in ManyChat

1) Developed a fully functional ManyChat chatbot for a fitness studio, designed to automate communication with clients and increase user engagement.

2) Developed the bot structure covering the main use cases. Implemented an interactive menu for selecting services, trainers, and time slots. Configured data collection (phone number, email address) using customizable user fields. Optimized the dialogue logic.

3) Created a fully automated communication system with clients, which reduced the workload on administrators, increased conversion, and improved customer experience.
