    As a result, we created a fully automated system that guided potential clients from the "Lead" stage to the "Client" stage, increasing the conversion by 50%.

    1. Task:

    2. What was done:

    1) Automatically launch email campaigns in ActiveCampaign when the deal stage changes in HubSpot.

    2) Create an automation scenario in Make (Integromat) with the trigger "Watch CRM Objects". Add a router with filters to check the deal stage (hot lead, client, etc.).

    3) Automate the launch of relevant emails at the exact moment when leads become hot or convert into clients. Reduced manual work for the sales team and accelerated deal processing.

    1) Developed a fully functional ManyChat chatbot for a fitness studio, designed to automate communication with clients and increase user engagement.

    2) Developed the bot structure covering the main use cases. Implemented an interactive menu for selecting services, trainers, and time slots. Configured data collection (phone number, email address) using customizable user fields. Optimized the dialogue logic.
