Email infrastructure and deliverability
Set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC and tracking-domain for each brand (Mailgun/LeadConnector Email).
Write warming rules and list hygiene (bounce/spam suppression).
Check for the presence and correctness of domain alignment (DMARC pass).
Telephony and calls
Connect numbers (LeadConnector/Twilio) for each brand, call recording and transcription.
IVR/greeting for incoming calls; Missed Call → Text Back.
Distribute call tracking across advertising campaigns (different numbers).
Lead capture and omnichannel
Connect: website/store forms, GHL chat widget, Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, incoming email.
Pass UTM, source, campaign, ad (hidden fields) to the contact.
WhatsApp Business (via LeadConnector/BSP) — if confirmed, no Telegram.
Kanban funnels and client card
For laboratories: New → Contacted → Qualified → Quote Sent → Case Received → In Production → Shipped → Delivered → Won/Lost.
For the store: New → Appointment Set → Consult Done → Offer Sent → Booked → Completed → Won/Lost.
Automations (Workflows)
Speed-to-Lead: instant call to the manager + SMS + email, SLA reminders.
No Answer/No-Show: 2–3 attempts, auto-SMS with a link to the calendar/reschedule.
Quote Sent: follow-ups D+1/D+3/D+7 (emails+SMS).
