Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer (AI Automation Engineer) to create and integrate an intelligent AI agent for business in the UAE. Our agency specializes in customer service automation, and we are seeking a reliable technical partner for project work.
Main Tasks:
1. Build the logic of the AI agent on the Voiceflow or Stack AI platform.
2. Set up automation scenarios in Make.com (Integromat) or n8n.
3. Integrate the agent with WhatsApp Business API (official connection).
4. Set up a knowledge base (RAG) based on client documents (PDF, FAQ, price lists).
5. Connect with the CRM system (HubSpot or Bitrix24) for automatic lead creation.
Requirements for the Performer:
