Development of a drawing of a flanged part with a complex contour and perforation.
An accurate 2D drawing of the power element (flange/bracket) for laser cutting has been created. The main task was to ensure perfect coaxiality of the holes and smoothness of the outer radii.
Completed tasks:
Precise geometry: A complex outer contour has been constructed using tangent arcs and transitions.
Array of holes: 12 fastening holes (6 on each side) have been calculated and positioned with precise adherence to the spacing.
Central node: A cut for the central shaft/axis has been prepared, adhering to the specified radius.
Optimization for CNC: A check for the absence of line overlaps has been performed, ensuring fast and high-quality metal cutting without edge damage.
