Development of an AI influencer: Creating a digital face of the brand
In this project, I implemented the full cycle of creating a Digital Human — a virtual personality capable of becoming an ambassador for any modern brand. I did not just generate a random face, but developed a unique appearance with distinctive features (heterochromia, special hair color, skin texture), making the character recognizable and realistic.
The main challenge of the project:
The most difficult aspect of creating an AI influencer is consistency. The model must look the same in different locations, under different lighting, and in various poses. I successfully addressed this task by demonstrating the character in 7 different scenarios: from a professional studio and city streets to relaxing by the pool.
Technical implementation and scope of work:
Development of visual DNA: Creating a unique anthropological type of appearance using Seedream 4.5 and FLUX.
Generation of locations and context: Using NanoBanana PRO to create photorealistic environments (Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty shots).
Stability control (Face Consistency): Applying professional face tracking methods that allow integrating the character into any storyline without losing resemblance.
Product Placement: Demonstrating the ability to integrate real products (for example, cosmetics) into the hands of the virtual influencer.
Final retouching: Enhancing the detail of the eyes, hair, and skin micro-relief through Topaz AI to achieve 4K quality.
Value for business:
Own ambassador: The brand gets a face that belongs solely to it, without the risks associated with real people.
Content flexibility: The ability to "send" the influencer for a shoot anywhere in the world or even to a fantastical location in just a few hours.
Savings: No expenses on logistics, model fees, makeup artists, and studio rentals.
