Development of a website on the HOROSHOP platform (HOROSHOP)

1. Design and visual part
- Adapted Horoshop template to the brand.
- Customized color scheme, fonts, and banners.
- Designed the main page with a focus on key categories.
- Developed custom HTML blocks on the main page (including the "About Us" block).
2. Catalog and product part
- Developed the site structure and created category pages.
- Completed product import.
- Customized blocks for "New Arrivals," "Promotions," "Recommended."
3. Technical settings
- Connected payment systems.
- Configured delivery methods.
- Integrated Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Set up e-commerce events and goals.
4. UX and trust
- Added blocks highlighting the store's advantages.
- Designed delivery and return pages.
- Optimized the mobile version.
5. Preparation for advertising
- Configured Google Merchant Center, successfully passed moderation.
- Prepared product feed.
- Verified the accuracy of transaction transmission.
- Two weeks after creating the Merchant Center, the account was blocked due to "Misleading."
A site audit was conducted, recommendations for addressing violations were prepared, and necessary changes were made.
After a re-check, the Merchant Center was successfully unblocked.
- The project is prepared for launching Google Ads (Search / Shopping / PMax).
