Before developing the project, we have defined the main tasks that need to be accomplished:
- To conduct a multi-factor analysis of the niche portals for the employment of drivers to determine the needs of the market and to develop the concept of a full-value ecosystem.- Develop a concept that will be useful to each of the market players: from the owner of the logistics company to its potential employee.Complete development of all functional sections of the project.- Processing the UI/UX web portal and the Driver Work mobile app to ensure the user's most comfortable interaction with the project.- Develop the web portal design and mobile application Driver Work, including all the related materials: brandbook, media kit and mail templates for layout in all popular social networks such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and others.- Technical implementation of the Driver Work ecosystem, including the front project and the user’s personal office, which is a huge functional part of the project.- To ensure the promotion of the project on the internet and to help get on the market leader positions.Processes
The Promodex team decided to implement the project in several stages:
- To conduct a niche and competitors analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses.- Analyze the world market to identify the most sensitive audience.Create the concept of the project and process the entire ecosystem.To analyze search queries to make a semantic core of the site.Create the structure of the site with the consideration of the semantic core.- Develop UI/UX project based on analytics.- Realizing website design according to the brandbook and modern web design trends.- Realize the necessary work pul front-end and back-end parts.Create a personal user account that allows companies to work in any part of the Driver Work ecosystem.- Protest the project, including load tests, convenience of use, productivity and safety.To promote the project, giving priority to the development of the project on the European market.Results
