Youneed Tea
Youneed Tea – an online store of tea, coffee, and accessories. The company is engaged in supplying products to large organizations, cafes, restaurants, offices, and retail customers.
Tasks
Before developing the project, we identified the main objectives that needed to be implemented:
- Develop an online store selling premium tea.
- The main focus should be on the variety of products and a convenient filter for selecting tea and coffee.
- Increase conversion rates by using the latest trends in e-commerce design and usability.
- Present the company online, increase the number of partners.
Process
The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:
- Conduct an analysis of the niche and competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses, comparing them with the company's unique selling proposition.
- Develop the UI/UX design based on the conducted analysis.
- Create design mockups for desktop and mobile versions of the site.
- Implement the necessary work scope for front-end and back-end parts.
- Test the project, including load testing, usability, performance, and security.
Result
The Promodex team delivered a turnkey solution within 19 working days:
- The site is in the green zone of PageSpeed Insights, which was an important parameter for SEO optimization.
- An additional filter for selecting tea and coffee by countries and other parameters was implemented.
- An SEO filter was added to the product catalog, also visually designed with icons of flowers, country flags, packaging icons, etc.
- Infographics on how to properly brew tea/coffee were added to the product card.
- Eight months after the website was developed, the client noted an increase not only in the number of new customers but also in partners.
