• Sale of adult + children's suitcase and case sets, and accessories for long trips

Features:
• The client came to me on the recommendation of another client. Among the difficulties, the client decided to initially initiate the moderation process in Google Merchant themselves, receiving a ban for "misleading information," which required us to completely change the meta data of all product cards together with the developer, refine the main pages, make the purchase funnel clear for the client, and change the ratio of images and other elements.
Project launch:
The project was fully set up and launched by me personally, so the work included:
1. Creating an advertising account
2. Completing payment profile verification
3. Creating a Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager account
4. Writing a technical specification for the programmer to refine the code with e-commerce attributes
5. Additional writing of a technical specification for the programmer to refine the code for setting up advanced conversion tracking user data provider.
6. Setting up conversions for conversion tracking
8. Checking the website for compliance with Google Merchant service requirements for successful moderation verification
9. Creating a Google Merchant account and filling it
10. Creating a technical specification for the programmer to create XML feeds of products by specific categories with different gradations.
11. Additional analytics in the form of the Clarity service for assessing heat maps and user behavior in the early stages
12. Setting up shopping campaigns, PMax as well as branded search and dynamic search campaigns
And much more.
Results of the account from January 2025 to April 2026:
• Sales - 938
• Total Direct Sales Amount - 1,809,328.96 UAH
• Average Sale Price - 520 UAH
• Average ROAS% (Gross) - 370%
• Total advertising spend during the specified period - 488,366.08 UAH.
