Ecommerce Profit Intelligence Dashboard

I designed and developed a custom ecommerce Revenue and Profit Intelligence system focused on real contribution profitability rather than vanity revenue metrics. The client needed visibility into true profit after refunds, cost of goods, shipping, payment fees, and marketing spend. Standard platform reports were not sufficient for decision making. The system includes: True Profit and Margin tracking, Channel level profitability analysis, Product and channel profit matrix, Revenue and Profit waterfall breakdown, True ROAS calculation, Refund impact analysis, Scenario based forecasting, Executive level overview with drill downs, CSV and API based data ingestion. The main challenge was building a clean financial data model that accurately allocates marketing spend and operational costs across products and channels. The final result is a decision grade analytics dashboard that enables rapid identification of profit leaks and supports strategic growth planning.
