This project focused on automating email marketing using Mailchimp, including the integration of lead capture forms and organization of contacts.
I developed a welcome series, implementing automatic tagging to track subscription sources.
Within the funnel, I applied behavioral branching logic: the system analyzed engagement after 3 days and split the flow into active users and those who did not open the email, ensuring an automatic resend with optimized subject lines. The setup allowed for synchronization of the email channel with overall marketing efforts, ensuring high deliverability and database cleanliness.
