Email MarketingCreated an automated Welcome Flow for an e-commerce brand in Klaviyo, aimed at converting new subscribers into customers within 48 hours.
Trigger: Adding a user to the email list (List Signup).
Stages:
Email #1 — Greeting + 10% promo code (sent immediately after subscription).

Email #3 — Nudge: reminder about the promo code with a deadline (1 day after the second email).
Features:
Conditional Split before the third email — sent only to those who did not interact with the previous emails.

Develop an aesthetic and conversion-oriented design for a welcome email for the beauty brand "AURA", integrate a personalization system, and set up automatic issuance of promo codes.
Implemented steps:
Strategy and copywriting: Created engaging text in the "Clean Beauty" style that aligns with the brand's tone. Replaced standard calls to action (CTA) with softer and more effective ones: "Claim My Discount" and "Shop Our Favorites".
… Design and layout: Developed a minimalist responsive layout in the Klaviyo editor. Special attention was given to the product grid (Best Sellers) and mobile display.
Technical integration:
Configured dynamic personalization tags (addressing by name with default values).
Integrated a system for automatic generation of 10% discount coupons for new subscribers.
Set up a technical footer in accordance with anti-spam policy requirements (CAN-SPAM act).
Result:

Creation of an HTML template in Beefree + integration into Mailchimp

The goal of the project was to create a professional and highly effective email template for the beauty brand Jerelia. The main focus was on aesthetics, personalization, and technical excellence in execution.
What was done:
Design and layout: Developed a unique email design in the professional editor Beefree. Created a responsive structure that displays perfectly on all devices (desktop and mobile).
… Working with HTML: Optimized the HTML code of the template to ensure stable display across various email clients (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
Personalization: Implemented a personalization system using Merge Tags. Set up dynamic addressing to the client by name, significantly increasing engagement and conversion rates.
Graphic content: Selected and adapted high-quality product images that match the brand's corporate style, and integrated them through the internal media file storage.
Integration and launch: Successfully integrated the template with the Mailchimp service. Configured the technical parameters of the campaign, conducted display testing, and executed a successful mailing.
Result:
The client received a fully functional, technically verified, and visually appealing email template that is ready for scaling and reuse in future campaigns.

Smart segmentation: Automatic tagging for each new lead has been implemented. This allows the client to clearly see the source of the contact and trigger separate automated emails for them.
Autonomy: The system operates 24/7, checking for updates every 15 minutes without any human involvement.
Result:
Complete automation of the process: from filling out the form to the contact being ready for mailing.
Eliminated the risk of losing leads or the appearance of duplicates in the database.
Contacts are structured using tags for further relevant communication.
