About the project: Building a transparent end-to-end analytics system for a large e-commerce brand. The main goal was to aggregate all data flows into a single custom owner's dashboard, digitize the performance of each channel (Instagram, Rozetka, Google), and show clear contribution distribution among teams (marketing, sales).

What was implemented:

Unified Hub (n8n): Set up complex connections via n8n linking the Horoshop website, KeyCRM, ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and Google Search Console.
Deep Analytics: Integrated Hotjar for user behavior analysis and Gemini AI for data processing and funnel trend detection.
Custom Owner's Dashboard: All data is aggregated into a specially developed dashboard (in an emerald-dark minimalist style). It shows in real-time: where an order came from, costs per channel, and the contribution of each team.
Digitizing Marketing Plays: Any marketer's idea can now be easily measured, digitized, and tracked to a clear result on the dashboard. The owner sees exact numbers to make decisions on scaling or cutting channels.

Project in numbers:
-35% reduction in lead cost due to precise expense tracking.
+140% growth in ad campaign profitability (ROAS).
