    About the project: A large online store of medical products (B2B segment) sells goods through multiple channels: a Horoshop-based website and the Prom marketplace. Main problem: Chaos in inventory management. Prices and stock were updated manually, leading to overselling or selling at outdated prices (due to exchange rate fluctuations). There was no unified ecosystem: orders had to be collected across different admin panels.

    Business tasks we solved:

    Single Source of Truth (SSOT): Implementing the Dilovod ERP system as the main and only control center for assortment, procurement, prices, and inventory.
    Elimination of manual imports: Complete abandonment of transferring price lists via Excel/CSV files.
    Seamless order routing: All orders must drop into a single window, automatically reserve goods, and deduct them from inventory.
    How the integration works (Solution Architecture):

    Price and stock management (Dilovod → Storefronts): As soon as a manager records a product receipt, changes a price, or makes a write-off in Dilovod, these data are broadcast to Horoshop and Prom. There is no more risk of selling a product at an old price.
    Unified sales window (Storefronts → KeyCRM): KeyCRM acts as a unified control panel. Orders from Horoshop and Prom instantly drop into KeyCRM. Managers no longer need to jump between platform admin panels — all communications, waybills, and statuses are processed in one interface.
    Closing the loop (KeyCRM → Dilovod): When processing an order in KeyCRM, the system transmits financial and product data to Dilovod. Dilovod registers the sale and deducts the stock, after which the updated stock automatically flies back to all marketplaces, preventing overselling.
    Results:

    All-in-One ecosystem: Horoshop, Prom, KeyCRM, and Dilovod work as a single mechanism.
    0 errors: Complete elimination of the "human factor" when updating prices.
    Time savings: Managers save tens of hours per week on routine operations, focusing solely on sales.

    How the module functional works:

    Rule System: The administrator creates cascading markup rules based on the brand, category, or specific supplier.
    Recount Engine: The core of the module is the RecountPrice.php class. The algorithm collects all enabled rules, obtains the base product prices, applies mathematical sub-rules, and forms the final retail price.
    Integration with Import Module: PriceHandler works perfectly in symbiosis with the PimTeam Import module. First, the import module loads "raw" purchase prices from suppliers. After the import is completed, a trigger runs runFullRecount(). As soon as a supplier's price list is updated, the storefront immediately receives mathematically verified retail prices.
