The poorly developed engineering infrastructure of the village and the roads with a skin year of energy carrying forced the owner to think about the energy efficiency of the house.
The design is so that the building uses solar heat, both passively - thanks to the orientation of living rooms to the south, and thanks to the heliosystems of the type of solar batteries and vacuum pipes. A topical with modern wooden coat allows to be autonomous from gas and electricity.
