Brief description of the service: I provide services for the technical analysis of the causes of cracks, destruction of support nodes, and deformations of walls made of aerated concrete and brick. I prepare professional documentation: defect reports and design solutions for strengthening openings and nodes.
What is included in the work:
1. Preparation of a defect report. Graphic documentation of damages, determination of the causes of cracks (insufficient support of lintels, lack of reinforcement, stress concentration).
2. Analysis of the condition of nodes. Assessment of current load-bearing capacity and forecast of deformation development.
3. Development of strengthening schemes. I offer two options for the client's choice:
• Budget solution: strengthening with steel profiles (angles, plates, ties).
• Technological solution (business class): crack injection, installation of steel weights, or the creation of distribution belts.
Technical parameters of the output:
• Documentation is prepared in a professional graphic environment (SketchUp + LayOut).
• Delivery of drawings in high resolution (300 DPI) in JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats.
• Adherence to engineering style and formatting standards (stamps, material specifications, callouts).
To start the work, the following will be required:
• Photographic documentation of the defect from several angles.
• Information about the wall material and type of ceilings.
• Main dimensions (height, width of the opening, wall thickness).
