Task: Develop a unified management system for a company specializing in engineering networks (HVAC, plumbing, utilities) to replace fragmented Excel spreadsheets and digitize operational and financial accounting.

What has been implemented:

Engineering calculations module: Automation of specifications and calculations for heating, ventilation, and water supply systems.

Management accounting: Implementation of financial control tools similar to those I used in my role as CFO (P&L, cost monitoring).

Data architecture: Fast and scalable database on Firestore, providing real-time access to projects.

AI integration: Connection of Google Gemini API for automating the analysis of project data and assisting in decision-making.

Interface: Web application on Node.js with intuitive access for managers and engineers.

Result: The system completely eliminates the human factor in estimating costs, integrates the work of the project department with finance, and provides management with a transparent view of the profitability of each project.
