    Development of a lightweight CRM system based on Google tools and Telegram Bot API for an online school. The system automates the customer journey from filling out a questionnaire on social media to the first contact on WhatsApp, eliminating delays and loss of leads.

    Challenge: Managers manually copied phone numbers from spreadsheets, spent time saving contacts for WhatsApp, and forgot about weekly statistics. This led to "cooling off" of clients and a decrease in conversion to sales.

    The Solution: I developed a script in Google Apps Script that turned a regular spreadsheet into a full-fledged working environment:

    One-click Setup: A special menu in the spreadsheet allows one button to create a questionnaire (Google Form), set up triggers, and check the connection with the bot.

    Instant parsing and notifications: As soon as a client fills out a questionnaire on Instagram or TikTok, the Telegram bot instantly sends a lead card with the data.

    Smart WhatsApp Link: The script automatically cleans the phone number of unnecessary characters and generates a direct link wa.me. The manager just needs to press one button in Telegram or the spreadsheet to start the conversation.

    Status management: The spreadsheet has implemented a dropdown list system ("New", "Thinking", "Registered") with automatic color indication.

    Analytical robot: Time triggers are set up that send a report on the number of new applications for the week and month every Monday at 9:00 AM.

    Technical stack:

    Google Apps Script (JavaScript): Logic for handling onFormSubmit events, managing triggers, and dynamically creating forms.

    Telegram Bot API: Integration for notifications with Markdown formatting support.

    Google Forms: Interface for data collection with phone number validation.

    Value for the business:

    Response speed: The time to first contact with a client has decreased from several hours to a couple of minutes.

    Manager convenience: Absence of routine in dialing numbers and rewriting data from the form.

    Marketing control: The manager always sees up-to-date statistics on traffic sources (Insta/TikTok) in weekly reports.

    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
    Development of a detailed investment model for launching a business selling devices (iPhone) on an installment basis using the BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) model. The model allows for forecasting profitability, assessing the risks of defaults, and calculating the necessary working capital for 12 months.

    What is implemented in the model:

    Unit economics: Calculation of profitability from each sold device considering the purchase price, markup, and initial payment.

    Cash Flow Forecast: Forecast of cash flow for the year ahead, taking into account the reinvestment of profits into the purchase of new goods.

    Risk Management: The model includes a Bad Debt ratio (default risk of 5%), which allows for seeing real, not paper, profit.

    Portfolio analysis: Calculation of the growth of accounts receivable ("debt portfolio") and its liquidity.

    Investment indicators: Automatic calculation of ROI (179.8% per annum) and net profit with a specified starting capital (10 million ₸).

    Technical stack:

    Financial modeling: Building complex dependencies between inventory turnover and accounts receivable recovery.

    Google Sheets / Excel: Use of forecasting formulas and scenario analysis.

    Result: A ready business plan with clear answers to the questions:

    What amount will be "stuck" in customer debts after a year?

    How many iPhones need to be sold per month to double the capital?

    What payment shortfall can the business withstand before a cash gap occurs?

    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
    Development and implementation of an intelligent planning system for the construction of a multi-story residential complex ("La Familia", 9 floors, 150 apartments). The system automatically transforms a list of 80+ engineering tasks into a visual Gantt chart highlighting the critical path.

    What "pain" are we solving?
    In large construction projects, manually updating the Gantt chart with the slightest shift in deadlines takes hours. Without visualization, the manager cannot see the "bottleneck" — the very task that can halt the entire project.

    What has been implemented (Technical part):
    Automatic generation (Engine): A custom script written in JavaScript (GAS) that builds a calendar grid in seconds, highlighting weekends and holidays.

    Smart visualization: The script automatically draws task "bars," taking into account their duration and technological dependencies.

    Critical path (Critical Path Method): Automatic highlighting of key tasks in red. If a task on the critical path shifts — this is an SOS signal for management.

    Interactive Dashboard:

    "Statistics" button: instant calculation of the % completion of the project and the number of problem areas.

    "Today" button: a red line on the chart showing actual progress relative to the plan.

    Legend: a custom HTML window with descriptions of the areas of responsibility of departments (PTO, Supply, Construction, Accounting).

    Technical stack:
    Google Apps Script (JavaScript): Logic for drawing, working with date objects, and dynamic formatting.

    HTML/CSS: Creating user interfaces and modal windows within tables.

    Excel/Sheets Pro: Using complex algorithms to calculate intersections and deadlines.

    Result for the business:
    Speed: The creation and updating of the Gantt chart have been reduced from 6-8 hours to 10 seconds.

    Control: The manager sees not just a to-do list, but a living organism of the project, where all risks are highlighted.

    Synchronization: 11 departments work in a unified rhythm, seeing each other's deadlines in real time.

    Data Parsing
    Development of a complex financial accounting architecture for the construction business. The system automatically transforms "raw" transaction data into three main reports for the owner (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance), eliminating the need for a staff of financial analysts.

    What has been implemented (The Architecture):

    Three-tier data model:

    Raw Data Layer: Collection of "raw" data through forms and imports (PTO, SCM, Banks).

    Marts Layer (Data Warehouses): Automatic normalization and distribution of data across registers (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance).

    Dashboard Layer: Visual interactive reports with filtering by projects and periods.

    The Big Three Reports:

    P&L (Profit and Loss): Accrual basis profit and loss report (Revenue, COGS, OPEX, Gross and Net Profit).

    Cash Flow: Direct method cash flow statement by three types of activities (Operating, Investing, Financing).

    Balance Sheet: Real-time control of assets (cash, receivables) and liabilities with automatic verification "Assets = Liabilities".

    Security and Audit: Implementation of Audit Log, which records who made changes to the system and when — a critically important feature for financial software.

    Development and implementation of a time tracking system for a distributed team. The solution allowed for a complete abandonment of paper logs and provided the manager with instant control over discipline at the sites.

    Check-in interface: Employees record their arrival through Google Forms. The data is instantly processed by a script.

    Intelligent Backend (Apps Script): The system automatically checks the timestamp against the individual schedule of the employee (takes into account different shifts and personal schedules).

    Instant control via Telegram: The bot immediately sends a message to the manager: who arrived, the exact time, and status (on time or late).

    Morning "Report": Automatic dispatch at 9:10 with a summary: who is present, who has not checked in yet, and the total number of late arrivals for the morning.

    Auto-generation of the timesheet: The system automatically creates a sheet for the new month, colors the cells, and pulls data from the form responses.

    Absence tracking: Functionality has been added for marking sick leaves, vacations, and business trips through a custom menu in the sheet itself.

    Technical stack:

    Google Apps Script (JavaScript): Processing logic, triggers, and calculations.

    Telegram Bot API: Integration for notifications and reports.

    Google Sheets: Used as a database and interface for accounting.

    Result (Value):

    Transparency: The manager sees the real picture of attendance in real time, without being on site.

    Discipline: Automatic recording of late arrivals increased executive discipline by 25% in the first month.

    Time savings: Collecting and compiling the timesheet for accounting now happens automatically, saving up to 10 working hours for the manager per month.
