I have reviewed the documentation. Essentially, it is a replacement of the SharePoint + Excel + Power BI connection with a single web platform divided into input (employees) and output (client dashboards), plus a separate IHM module.
Stack:
Backend: Laravel - fast in development for CRUD systems with roles, everything necessary is available out of the box (auth, file handling, Excel import, PDF generation).
Frontend: Livewire for the admin panel/data input + Vue or Blade with Chart.js for client dashboards.
