We're currently looking for a Tech Representative to join our team and play a key role in facilitating smooth communication between our development team and clients. This position is remote and part-time, making it a great opportunity for professionals seeking flexibility and additional income.
As our Tech Representative, you will be the voice of Aunexes in client meetings, presentations, and daily standups. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language will ensure our clients always feel informed and confident in the progress of their projects. You’ll be the bridge that connects our development team with the clients, making sure everyone is aligned and satisfied with the direction of each project. You’ll also provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring that clients feel heard and valued every step of the way.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with international clients and has experience in the tech/software industry. You should be able to explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to non-technical audiences, and have a professional demeanor that allows you to manage client expectations with ease. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Additionally, you'll need a reliable internet connection and a professional setup to ensure smooth video calls and meetings.
The role offers a lot of flexibility, and we want someone who can be available for meetings during client business hours. We also have a quick onboarding process, so you’ll be up and running in no time with our supportive and collaborative team.
