Etalon — a platform for real estate sales

I managed to achieve a page loading time of less than 1 second thanks to SSR and frontend optimization. This improved user interaction with the site and allowed for more effective conversion of traffic into leads.

The client reached out through a freelance platform with the task of creating a modern platform for presenting a residential complex. The main goal is not just a website, but a sales tool that clearly presents information and brings in quality leads.
