I managed to create a platform with a loading time of 0.9–1.2 seconds even with a visually rich interface. This allowed reducing the bounce rate on mobile by approximately 30% and increasing engagement with active drops by ~35%.

The client approached with the idea of creating a platform for a brand with limited collections. The main goal is to move away from the classic catalog and build a system around drops, scarcity, and a sense of "limitedness" that stimulates purchase.

Project tasks:
Architecture for drops — seasons and limited releases instead of a standard catalog
Real-time elements — display of activity, views, and product availability
Strong brand UI — clean, recognizable design without overload
Simple user flow — quick path from entering the site to action
Mobile-first — optimization for primary mobile traffic
Scalable MVP — potential for development into a full-fledged SaaS product

What I implemented within the project:
Optimized Next.js frontend — pre-rendering, prefetching, and image optimization for fast loading
Logic for drops and seasons — separate season pages + a unified catalog with filters
Interactive elements — live viewers, statuses, percentage of product availability
Conversion-focused UX — emphasis on active drops and clear CTAs without unnecessary distractions
Catalog filtering — by season, availability, price, and tags
Basic trust pages — delivery, returns, policies for readiness for launch

As a result, the platform is a fast, emotional, and well-thought-out MVP that creates a sense of scarcity, enhances engagement, and prepares the product for scaling as SaaS.

Technologies:
Next.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Modular UI, Image Optimization, Pre-rendering / caching
