Facebook / Meta Ads with Telegram subscription | $0.22 per subsc
The client approached me with the need to reorganize the advertising campaign of his Telegram channel for businessmen. Previous advertising efforts in other communities were not successful, as most new followers turned out to be bots that unsubscribed en masse over time.
Problem:
The goal was to attract an active business target audience (CA) that would be interested and stay in the Telegram chat.
Task performance:
1. Evaluation and preparation: I got access to the client's Telegram channel, decided on the budget and types of creatives. We realized that you need an effective landing page to filter traffic and increase conversions.
2. Development of the landing page: The page was created with two buttons: "go to the community" and "download Telegram". This helped to focus the attention of visitors on the main goal - subscribing to the channel.
3. Targeting the audience: Based on the database of existing customers, I created a Look-alike audience. We ran ads targeting audiences with similar interests and looked for potential pairings for better performance.
4. Analysis and optimization: From the analysis of statistics, it emerged that out of 100% of users who clicked the "go" button, 70% actually subscribed. Introducing new creatives and optimizing target interests increased subscriptions by 10%.
5. Creative testing: Introducing new video creatives and carousels from stories (with engagement and call-to-action) reduced the cost per lead to $0.10, which significantly exceeded the KPI of $0.50. Especially effective was the creative with a question about business, the answer to which was in one of the channel's posts.
Results:
The project was successful, and the channel continues to attract active subscribers who interact with the content. My work as a freelancer not only solved the client's initial problem with low quality followers, but also significantly increased the business value of their Telegram community.
