    Медична тематика з жорсткими обмеженнями Google, відсутність повного трекінгу дзвінків і форм, неякісні цілі для оптимізації та неструктурований акаунт.

    Що зробили

    Перебудували акаунт і кампанії з нуля, ввели оптимізацію під основні дії. Налаштували GA4-конверсії та атрибуцію «на основі даних».

    About the Client and Their Problems

    The client came with a new website that looked modern and functional, but… Only 2 pages were indexed in search engines. The site could only be found by its domain name and a few (just three) keywords.

    Main challenges:

    the site was not being indexed in Google;

    search crawlers could see only part of the content;

    the subdomain with key product categories was loading via JavaScript, which complicated indexing, so only the main domain was being indexed properly;

    lack of visibility → lack of organic traffic.

    The business had invested in a new resource expecting quick results, but potential customers simply couldn’t find it in search.

    What We Did

    We conducted a comprehensive SEO audit to identify all technical, content, and structural issues and developed a step-by-step plan to fix them.

    Key findings during the audit:

    no HTML links on subdomain pages, which was one of the biggest issues preventing proper indexing;

    missing or incorrect metadata (Title, Description, H1);

    duplicate content and incorrectly set canonicals;

    performance issues (slow server, unoptimized images, missing ALT attributes);

    Our client is a company that develops complex web solutions, specializing in large-scale custom projects: big e-commerce platforms, medical portals, systems with thousands of products and integrations. The average check starts from $5,000, and the ideal client is businesses with budgets from $20,000+.

    There is almost no demand for expensive custom projects - the audience does not articulate needs this way.

    It is difficult to filter out non-targeted clients and focus on those who can pay.

    What we did
    We analyzed the market and semantics. We researched keywords and confirmed that most traffic is low-cost. We focused SEO pages on queries from the "complex solutions" segment (medical sites, portals, automotive topics, e-commerce). We highlighted landing pages with the highest potential for advertising.

    We launched Google Ads advertising. We chose Google Ads as the main channel. In the ads (in the headlines and descriptions), we added a minimum cost of $5,000 to immediately filter out non-targeted clients. Campaigns were built around clear landing pages without audience mixing.

    We optimized and scaled. We started with Ukraine, then added Kazakhstan and other countries. We scaled campaigns by geo and topics, controlling segmentation. We implemented micro-conversions (time on site, page views, interactions) as intermediate goals. After optimization, we shifted focus to lead generation.

    We launched PMAX to increase reach. We received a surge in applications but a decrease in their quality. We noted a clear difference: Search yields fewer but higher-quality leads, while PMAX generates more but requires filtering.

    The client was satisfied with the collaboration, as relatively small investments managed to attract not just traffic, but specifically a paying audience that aligns with business goals.
    How we overcame challenges
    To filter out the audience looking for cheap solutions, we immediately highlighted the minimum project cost (from $5,000) in the ad headlines and directed traffic to specially selected landing pages. This allowed us to reduce the number of low-quality clicks and lower the average application cost to ≈ $9, while obtaining paying leads.

    We built optimization on macro and micro conversions. We tracked time spent on the site (247 sessions of 15+ seconds, 193 — 30+ seconds), transitions to the contact page (19), and form submissions (55). This allowed us to understand which campaigns bring quality audiences.
    Performance Max initially gave a sharp increase in applications. We focused on search campaigns (Search), which, although they provided fewer leads, brought applications with budgets from $5,000+ and actual clients with large checks.

    What we did

    We fully set up the Meta advertising account, created a Business Manager, connected analytics, and gathered initial creatives based on materials from the client. On Facebook/Instagram, we launched lead generation through an internal form with additional fields for pre-qualification. A total of 8 audiences, 2 campaign formats, and 9 creatives (banners and videos) were tested.

Animated creatives are potentially more effective than videos but require additional testing to confirm the hypothesis.
    TikTok demonstrated a competitive CPA even compared to Meta Ads, making the platform promising for further work.

    Scaling potential:
    - With maintained current CPA and a budget of 15,000 ₴/month, approximately 110 leads per month can be expected. With a better CPA (~100 ₴), up to 150 leads are forecasted.

    Recommended next steps:
    - Implement retargeting for users who viewed more than 50% of the video or visited the landing page.
    - Expand the number and types of creatives, including adding user-generated content (UGC).
    - Test other call-to-action options ("Book now", "Get a consultation", "Learn more").
    - Gradually increase campaign budgets while monitoring CPA dynamics.
    - Develop reporting structure and regularly launch new hypotheses.

    Client feedback:
    The client was satisfied with the test results. The campaign provided valuable insights into audience behavior, effective formats, and advertising messages.
