Lean & Sustainable SEO Concept for New and Low-Traction Websites

We are looking for a senior SEO Expert to develop a lean, sustainable SEO concept for 3–4 websites, including new and low-traction websites, with the goal of generating qualified leads.

The focus is on building a high-quality SEO foundation that delivers results without requiring ongoing involvement from additional SEO specialists.

Scope of Work

• Audit and assess new and low-traffic websites from an SEO and lead-generation perspective

• Develop a clear, well-structured SEO concept designed for:

  • Websites with little or no existing organic traction

  • Fast prioritization of realistic ranking opportunities

  • Long-term effectiveness with minimal ongoing maintenance

• Define a focused:

  • Keyword and page strategy

  • Content structure and internal linking approach

• Set up and configure Google Analytics (including goals, conversions, and essential reporting)

• Ensure SEO and lead-generation performance can be monitored easily
  
  

AI-Generated Content

The SEO concept should define an efficient and compliant approach to AI-generated content, including:

• How AI can support content creation for new websites

• Clear quality standards and human review guidelines

• SEO-safe workflows aligned with search engine best practices

• Emphasis on quality, relevance, and consistency, not volume
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience

• Proven expertise in SEO for new and low-traction websites

• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking

• Experience designing sustainable SEO strategies that do not require constant optimization

• Solid knowledge of current search engine guidelines

• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows is a strong plus
