Factory of Huhtamaki
At the beginning of 2020, a very interesting project for Huhtamaki was completed.It is the world’s leading one-time dish and packaging manufacturer for the public food market.The company’s factory is located on 6 continents.In Ukraine, the manufacturing capacities of Huhtamaqi are presented by a new factory, with an area of about 5,000 square meters.Advansys engineers have developed and implemented a unique project with the application of a whole set of engineering solutions.All work was done from zero and under the key.For the implementation of this project, the company has been involved with specialists from different industries.One of the main demands was the energy efficiency of the enterprise, which allowed to save significant funds and resources during the operation of the building.At the same time, all systems had to meet the strictest European standards and provide comfortable conditions for the staff to work.From the implemented systems: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity supply, structured cable network, heat point, safety systems and lighting system.The burning system
From the very beginning, it was decided to give up the traditional combustion systems and apply a heat pump of air-water type.In such devices, a special gas-like refrigerator is used, which circulates in a closed contour and is able to absorb heat from the air.In the evaporator, which is outside and contacts with the air, the refrigerator "coveres", i.e. it evaporates, while its temperature is lower than the air temperature.Gas is heated from the walls of the system, passes through the compressor, where the pressure is increased and the substance is compressed, while its temperature is elevated.In the process of condensation, the refrigerator gives heat through the walls of the water-heat system, which heats the building.Thus, we provided a reduction in the operating costs of the enterprise and increased its autonomy at the expense of a very efficient, economical and reliable heating system.
