What was done:
Built the funnel from scratch. Collected a pool of 83+ relevant channels for the Russian/Ukrainian-speaking audience in the EU. Tested 20+ ads - iteratively reduced CPA from generation to generation.
Simultaneously managed a Telegram channel to warm up traffic, wrote specifications for a chatbot and landing page. Leads from the bot went to the call center.
