Flux Academy

FLUX is an innovative platform for professional consultations, designed to bridge the trust gap between users and experts. The main problem that this project addressed was the difficulties users face when assessing the qualifications of the speaker, and the lack of clarity regarding the outcomes of consultations at the pre-booking stage. Through in-depth user research, I developed a transparent interface that minimizes "decision-making paralysis" by implementing a system for verifying expertise and clear visualization of expected results.
