Fusion Bot

BotFusion — a SaaS platform for creating AI chatbots and embedding them on a website in 5 minutes. A full-fledged SaaS product: the user registers, uploads a knowledge base (documents, FAQs, website links), sets the tone of communication — and receives a ready-made AI bot, which can be embedded on their website as a widget with a single line of code. What has been implemented: Integration with LLM (OpenAI API) + RAG architecture for responses based on the client's knowledge base. Chat widget for embedding on any website (customization of colors, avatar, welcome message). Personal account: analytics of dialogues, bot management, viewing history of inquiries. Subscription model with pricing plans, integration of payment system. Authentication, multi-tenancy (data isolation between clients). Admin panel, management of the knowledge base, on-the-fly retraining of the bot. Stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, OpenAI API, Docker, deployment in the cloud. Result: product in production at botfusion.co.uk, aimed at the British small and medium business market — website owners receive a "smart support employee" without hiring people.
