Generation of inquiries in Direct for the women's bags store

Goal: #Increase the number of inquiries from potential buyers and reduce the cost of acquiring a lead.
What has been implemented:
• Funnel strategy: Used the goal "Messages" with a transition to Direct Instagram. This allowed for the shortest path for the customer from viewing the ad to dialogue with the manager.
• Working with audiences:
• Broad: Women aged 18–45 (Ukraine), to allow Meta's algorithms to find buyers themselves.
• Interests: Segments "Accessories," "Bags," "Fashion," and "Luxury goods."
• Retargeting: Returning users who interacted with the profile but did not write in Direct.
• Creatives: Focus on "live" content: video reviews (Reels-style), showcasing the quality of leather, hardware, and dimensions of the bag.
• Static layouts in Pinterest style that stood out in the feed with their aesthetics.
• Technical settings: Set up "Quick replies" in Direct, which increased the speed of processing requests by 40%.

• Work period: 14 days.
• Budget spent: $100 ($7.14/day).
• Number of new dialogues: 65 inquiries.
• Average cost per inquiry: $1.53
• Increase in the number of subscribers: +60 target users.
