The launch of the project:
The customer arrived on the recommendation of another former customer.The problem was that advertising in Yandex Direct clearly exceeded advertising in Google Ads in terms of efficiency and cost and price per leader, I was conducted a complete audit of the advertising account on all the interests I and the main metrics and it was obvious that the accounting specialist set the advertising in Adwords according to the Direct template and the old standards.The customer decided to transfer the account under my responsibility and try to change the situation.The objective was to lower the price of the leads from the catastrophic 11,000 RUB to the standard price of the leads in Yandex Direct, which is about 500 rubles, to lower the price per click and to fix positions in the search edition.In the pictures below you will be able to evaluate the results of my work according to the principle of DO and After.What came into my work:
